Q. How can I reset my password?
NOTICE: Due to the new website update on Tuesday 16th of September, we require all customers to reset their passwords before logging in to the new website. You may choose to reuse your existing password or create a new, stronger password.

Steps to reset your password (from 16th of September onwards)
1. Click on "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD" on the log in screen or click here.
2. After clicking the "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD" button, the reset password screen will appear. Please ENTER your e-mail associated with your UNIQLO Australia account. If you do not have access to the email, you may have to create a new account by clicking here.
3. An email will be sent to the email address submitted. Please click on the URL in the email to reset your password and the subject line should be <UNIQLO Australia>. Please note your password reset link is valid for 2 hours, if you miss it you will need to visit "Forgot Your Password" here to reset your password.
*You may need to verify your email if your account was not verified previously, an email will be sent to you with an authorisation code. Please note the code will expire 30 minutes after it's been sent to your email.
4. Enter your password and select "CHANGE MY PASSWORD". You are more than welcome to use your old password or create a new one, totally up to you.
Password must be 8 – 20 letters, contain both letters and numbers. Optionally, symbols shown here can be used (Please note alternative symbols can not be used): ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ ] ^ _ ` { } | ~
5. You will then get redirected to a page to confirm you've successfully changed you password.
6. Click on UNIQLO HOME or go to the Membership here to log in again with your email and updated password. You should be able to log in to your account successfully!
We're sorry to hear that you are having trouble logging in! If you are trying to log in and you cannot remember your password, please click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link. You will receive an email to reset your account password. Please ensure you also check your junk/spam folder as the email may end up in there.
New passwords must fulfill the following requirements:
i. 8 – 20 letters,
ii. contain both letters and numbers
iii. optionally, symbols shown here can be used: ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ ] ^ _ ` { } | ~

Once your password has been reset, click on UNIQLO HOME or go to the Membership here to log in again with your email and updated password. You should be able to log in to your account successfully!
If you have still not received the email, it may be because you do not actually have a registered account with us or you may be using symbols that our system cannot accept. You can contact our Customer Care Team via our Contact Us page, and we can further investigate or assist with resetting your account password.
