How do I find a copy of my receipt or tax invoice?
E-receipts for store purchases are available for UNIQLO Australia members if chosen at the time of payment. E-receipts can be used to show proof of purchase for returns and exchanges for store purchases. For more details about e-receipts click here.
If you did not opt for an e-receipt and you are looking to return or exchange a store purchase for a change of mind, a receipt is required for our team to complete this. A copy of your receipt can be issued by the same store where the purchase was made within 30 days. Please provide our store team with the details below to assist with locating your receipt:
- Date and time of purchase
- Total amount of transaction
- Items purchased
If you require a receipt that is for a purchase over 30 days ago please contact our Customer Care team with the details above.
For orders placed after the 16th of September 2025, you can locate your online invoice in the Purchase History here, please note that your parcel will not include a physical invoice.
To locate your online invoice please see the steps below:
1. Log into your account
2. Click on Purchase History
3. Locate your order under "Online Orders"
4. Click on the "View Invoice" button
For orders placed before the 15th of September 2025, a copy of your tax invoice was included in your parcel however, if this has been misplaced or thrown out, you can also retrieve your order details from your online account's Purchase History or the email confirmation we sent when the order was placed. If you need a replacement invoice for tax purposes you can contact our Customer Care team with your order number and request one be issued.
