Q. NOTICE: UNIQLO Emporium Temporary Store Closure - 7th July to Late 2025
During the renovation period, customers are encouraged to visit other UNIQLO locations in Melbourne, including the Chadstone Shopping Centre store, which offers an extensive range of UNIQLO LifeWear items across two levels. Alternatively, customers can shop online at www.uniqlo.com/au for convenient home delivery or Click and Collect to an alternative stores. You can find all of our store locations here.
UNIQLO Australia appreciates the understanding and support of it's valued customers during this period and looks forward to welcoming shoppers back to the newly renovated Emporium Melbourne store upon completion in late 2025.

When will UNIQLO Emporium open again?
We won't be able to confirm when the store will open again until later in the year, but stay tuned to our FAQ here and on our Instagram.

I need to make a return of my purchase from UNIQLO Emporium, how can I get a refund?
As our store will be closed, we will be more than happy to accept any items for refund within our change of mind return policy at any other Melbourne store. Find more detail here about our return policy to ensure your purchase meets our conditions.

How can I pick up my Click and Collect order?
In preparation for our store to temporarily close we will stop accepting Click and Collect orders to UNIQLO Emporium from Sunday the 15th of June. Any orders remaining in-store on the 6th of July at the time of closing will be refunded back to the original payment method and a new order will be required if you would like to get the items.

I forgot/don't have time to collect my alteration, how can I collect it?
Our store team will try to reach you before our store closes to arrange your pick up, but after the 7th of July please contact our Customer Care team here with a photo of your alteration receipt.

I have a concern with the quality of my product that I bought at UNIQLO Emporium, what do I do?
As part of our regular policy you are always welcome to visit any UNIQLO store for assistance with your quality concerns. Please bring your item and proof of purchase to your closest store. You can find your closest store here.
