Pick Up Today – Collect in store Today

If you require a collection today, you can use our ‘Pick Up Today’ service by pressing this option on the product page. This service is only available for items that are in stock in the store you have selected.

1. Go to the product page > Press: ‘Pick Up Today

2. Your cart will show the ‘Pickup Store’ option.

Please note, if you don’t select this option from the product page, your order will not be eligible for the ‘Pick Up Today’ service – even if the items are showing in stock at the store, without selecting this option ‘Pick Up Today’ wont be available.


Click & Collect Service (Not a same Day Service)
Click & Collect is a separate service that can be  selected at checkout. These orders are sent from our online warehouse to your chosen store, so standard delivery timeframes will apply.

Items already added to the online store cart are not eligible for Pick Up Today. If the item is available and you’d like to collect it today, please return to the product page and select ‘Pick Up Today’ there. 

Orders using our Online delivery methods (Including Click & Collect delivery to store) will show as below in your cart:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. How do I know which method I chose?

A. You can check your cart: ‘Pickup Store’ means Pick Up Today, if you see a delivery estimate longer that 1 day it means Click & Collect or home delivery was selected.
 

Q. I chose Pick Up Today, but my order shows a later date.

A. This may mean Click & Collect was selected instead. If you’re unsure, please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to check your order. If you need the item sooner, you may also wish to place a new order using Pick Up Today or visit your nearest store. Our Customer Care team can help arrange a cancellation and refund of the original order once it arrives in-store.

Q: I think I have a Click & Collect order but I need my items urgently - what do I do? 
We suggest placing a new order using our 'Pick Up Today' service and then contacting our Customer Care team so we can assist in cancelling and refunding your initial order once it arrives in store. Please contact us on the below links.
