Q. UNIQLO Burnside Iron-Patch Bag Customisation Station Terms & Conditions - 7th and 8th of June 2025

1.    This Activation is organised by UNIQLO Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 161 922 103) of Level 19, Wesley Place 150 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000 (“Promoter”).
2.    By participating in the activation, you confirm that you have read and understood, and agreed to abide by, the following terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy (“Terms and Conditions”). The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to provide the services to any Attendee who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3.    Entry to the Activation is only open to those aged 18 years old or older or 16 years or older with parent/guardian consent (“Attendees”). If you are under 18 years, your parent/guardian must read these Terms and Conditions and accept them on your behalf.
4.    The UNIQLO Burnside Iron-Patch Bag Customisation Station Activation will be located at the front of the UNIQLO Burnside store and will run from 10am to 4pm Saturday 7 June 2025 and Sunday 8 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”). 
5.    There will be an Iron-Patch Bag Customisation service (“Service”) whilst stocks last, available to the first 125 Attendees per day that meet the requirements per clause 6 during the Promotion Period. Limits for the Service based on capacity may apply at the discretion of the Promoter. 
6.    Iron-on patches are not permanent and can lose their grip over time due to general wear and tear, especially with frequent washing.
7.    To be eligible to receive the Service at the Activation, Attendees must:
a.    During the Promotion Period, be one of the first 125 Attendees per day to visit the Iron-Patch Bag Customisation Station Activation at the UNIQLO Burnside store. 
b.    Present their receipt to staff as proof of purchase together with their Eligible Item purchased from the UNIQLO Burnside store during the Promotion Period.
c.    Attendees can select from the available options, with a maximum of 3 patches per bag. 
d.    Extended wait times may apply during peak periods.
8.    Each Attendee is limited to redeem the Service once per Eligible Item with a maximum number of 2 Eligible Items per customer per day during the Promotional Period.
9.    All monetary figures in these Terms and Conditions are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation. 
10.    Each of the following is an Eligible Item for the Service:
•    Round Mini Shoulder Bag - $24.90
•    Round Ultra Mini Bag - $19.90
11.    Certain sizes, styles and colours available while stocks last. Items customised at the Activation cannot be returned or exchanged (unless faulty). Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (including limited offers). 
12.    The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Activation is final. Attendees agree to abide by all reasonable directions, decisions and rules issued by the Promoter (or our employees, contractors, partners or agents) in relation to the Activation. Attendees must ensure they do not behave in a disruptive, offensive or aggressive manner whilst attending the Activation and must not be impaired by alcohol or drugs.
13.    During the Activation (and shortly before or after), photos, videos and/or audio and visual recordings (“Photography”) may be taken of Attendees and Attendees consent to the Promoter using the Photography, their likeness, image and/or voice in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Activation and promoting any products of the Promoter.
14.    All Attendees who attend and participate in the Activation consent to the Promoter using the personal information provided in connection with the Activation and for the purposes of facilitating the provision and redemption of the Services. Attendees can request access to or correction of their details by contacting the Promoter at https://faq-au.uniqlo.com/contactus/. All personal information will be securely stored by the Promoter and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy
15.    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of redemptions and to disqualify any who tampers with the process, or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in relation to the Activation, which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the event and/or the Promoter. 
16.    All Services are not transferable, upgradable, divisible, or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in value or if the Attendee’s preferred style or colour is unavailable.
17.    Attendees acknowledge and understand that the Activation may involve health risks including risk of injury, illness or infection (including COVID-19) and risks to your personal property. You agree to participate in the Activation solely at your own risk and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own personal property.
18.    The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage whatsoever which is incurred or suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of your participation in the Activation, including redemption of the Services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)
19.    Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all costs and expenses associated with attending the Activation are the responsibility of the Attendee. 
20.    If for any reason, this Activation is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend in whole or in part.  If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. 
21.    The Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in South Australia. 
22.    Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram may be used to advertise or promote the Activation. By participating, Attendees agree that the Activation is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram; and to release Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram from all liability in relation to this Activation. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Activation should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram.
