Q. UNIQLO Rundle Mall Decorating Workshop Terms & Conditions - 18th to 19th October 2025

  1. This Activation is organised by UNIQLO Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 161 922 103) of Level 19, Wesley Place 150 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000 (“Promoter”).
  2. By participating in the Activation, you confirm that you have read and understood, and agreed to abide by, the following terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (“Terms and Conditions”). The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to allow entry to anyone who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not consent to any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not attend the Activation.
  3. This Activation is suitable for children aged 3 to 18 years (“Attendees”). Attendees who are 16 years or under must be accompanied by and remain under supervision of a parent/guardian at all times. Parent/guardian of all Attendees must read these Terms and Conditions and accept them on behalf of the Attendees.
  4. The Activation will take place on 18th and 19th October 2025 between 10am - 3pm (ACDT) (“Activation Period”) opposite the UNIQLO store in Rundle Myer Centre, Adelaide (“Event Space”).
  5. To participate in the Activation, you must:
  • (a) Purchase any item from the UNIQLO Rundle Myer Centre store during the Activation Period; and
  • (b) Present the qualifying receipt as proof of purchase to the Promoter’s staff at the entrance of the Event Space. One (1) receipt admits Attendees from one (1) family.
    1. At the Activation, each Attendee will receive one (1) free UNIQLO tote-bag to decorate, whilst stocks last. The Promoter will provide the art supplies to the Attendees for use at the Activation.
    2. No food, drink (other than drink bottles for adults or children), prams or trolleys are permitted in the Event Space.
    3. Due to capacity restrictions:
    • (a) Only one (1) parent/guardian per Attendee may be allowed to enter the Event Space; and
    • (b) The Promoter may impose limitations on the duration of each Attendee’s participation in the Activation.
    1. Directors, officers, management, and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, and employees) of the Promoter, and any agencies and suppliers directly associated with this Activation are ineligible to participate in the Activation.
    2. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Activation is final. Attendees (and their parents/guardians) agree to abide by all reasonable directions, decisions and rules issued by the Promoter (or our employees, contractors, partners, or agents) in relation to the Activation. You must ensure they do not behave in an offensive or aggressive manner whilst attending the Activation and must not be impaired by alcohol or drugs. In the event of any breach of these Activation conditions, the Promoter retains the right (in our absolute discretion) to refuse entry to the Event Space or to require you (and any children in your care) to leave the Event Space.
    3. During the Activation (and shortly before or after), photos, videos and/or audio and visual recordings (“Photography”) may be taken of Attendees and Attendees consent to the Promoter using the Photography, their likeness, image and/or voice in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Activation and promoting any products of the Promoter.
    4. You acknowledge and understand that the Activation may involve health risks including risk of injury, illness, or infection (including COVID-19) and risks to your personal property. You agree to participate in the Activation solely at your own risk and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own personal property.
    5. The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage whatsoever which is incurred or suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of your participation in the Activation, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
    6. This Activation is intended solely as a creative arts and craft experience for Attendees. The decorated tote bags are not intended for long term use or laundering. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any fading, damage, or deterioration of colours or material resulting from wear and tear, exposure to sun or other elements, or any other usage after the Activation.
    7. You understand that unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all costs and expenses associated with attending the Activation are your responsibility.
    8. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed and where capable the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
    9. If for any reason, this Activation is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend in whole or in part.  If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. 
    10. The Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in South Australia.
    11. Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram may be used to advertise or promote the Activation. By participating, you agree that the Activation is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram; and to release Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram from all liability in relation to this Activation. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Activation should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram.
