About Pre-Order

We are so excited to begin offering pre-orders on selected UNIQLO items! Items that can be pre-ordered will have a label identifying that they will be shipped at a later date, which will be clearly marked on the product page, shopping cart and your order confirmation. 

Terms & Conditions

1. AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY DATES 
Pre‑order items are available on selected products only and for a limited allocation. Pre‑orders will close once the available allocation is reached. The estimated delivery period will be displayed on the product page, shopping cart and your order confirmation. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date and is subject to change without notice.  We will advise you of any delays to this date via email. 
 
2. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY METHODS
For all pre‑orders, payment is processed immediately at the time the order is placed. Available payment methods and delivery methods may vary depending on your order type.

 
If ordering only pre-order items

The available delivery options and payment methods are below:

If ordering both pre-order items and regular in-stock items
Pre‑order items cannot be shipped together with regular in‑stock items. If both pre-order and regular in-stock items are purchased together in the same order, the order will be automatically split into separate shipments, each with its own estimated delivery timing and order number.

The estimated delivery timeframe of the items will differ depending on the arrival time of the ordered items, so we will deliver the items separately and as soon as they are ready.

*Even if deliveries are made in instalments, shipping will be free if the total amount of your cart is $75 or more. Coupons cannot be used for this option. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, a shipping fee will be calculated per order, with the full shipping fee applied to the shipment with the earlier delivery. 
 
The following payment methods not available with pre-order: Gift Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
 
3. CANCELLING YOUR PRE-ORDER  
➜ Within 30 minutes of placing your order, you can cancel your order by navigating to the Cancel button under your Purchase History in your Account. 
➜ After 30 minutes, you may still be able to cancel your pre-order at any time up until it is shipped by contacting Customer Care via chat, email or phone below. 
 
If you have purchased pre-order and regular in-stock items together in the same order, cancelling any part of the order will cancel the entire order, including both pre‑order and regular in-stock items. 
 
4. RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR PRE-ORDER 
Once a pre‑order item has been shipped, it may be returned in accordance with UNIQLO Australia’s Return & Exchange Policy, within 30 days of receiving your order.  
 
5. ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS 
- Express delivery will not be available to select at checkout for orders including pre-order items.
- Pre-orders cannot be placed for items with multi-buy offers.
- Pre-orders will not include any gifts with purchase/novelty items.  
- For orders that include pre-order items, gift options are not available 
- Bulk order service is not available for pre-orders
- Certain delivery methods, payment methods, promotions, or services may not be available for pre‑order items. Product specifications and delivery schedules are subject to change without notice. 


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  • Why can't I place a pre-order? 

    If you’re unable to complete checkout, it may be due to a conflict with certain options in your cart. Please check the following: 

    Coupons
    - Coupons cannot be applied for mixed ordering both pre-order items and regular items. 
    - Remove the coupon or place separate orders.
    - Coupons must meet eligibility requirements to apply.

    Gift Options
    - Gift options are unavailable for pre-orders. 
    - Please remove any gift options from your cart. 

    Click & Collect / Order & Pick In-store pickup
    - If you select Click & Collect or Order & Pick in-store pickup and your order includes items with different arrival dates, the total must be $$ or more before shipping . 

    What you can do: 
    Place separate Click & Collect or Order & Pick orders for pre-order and regular items. 
    Choose home delivery instead (shipping fees may apply). 

     

     

  • Why has my pre-order cancelled?

    Your pre-order may be cancelled for a variety of reasons, such as your payment failing. You will receive an automatic email when the order is cancelled and if you have any concerns about why it was cancelled, please contact our Customer Care team below via chat, email or phone for further assistance.

  • How can I change my delivery or payment method for my pre-order?

    If you need to change any details about your pre-order please contact our Customer Care team below via chat, email or phone for further assistance.

  • How will I know when my pre-order is ready?

    When your order is placed we will provide an expected delivery date, however this may change and we will send you an email to advise of any delays. As soon as it is on the way to your nominated address or store we will send you a shipping confirmation.
