Q. How can I track my order?

NOTICE (29th of May) - Dispatch Status Update: Due to our recent Thank You Festival last week, there will be a slight delay in shipping some orders.

Please allow 3-6 business days for your order to be shipped from the time your order is placed. For example, if your order was placed on the Saturday 24th of May, please allow until Monday the 2nd of June for it to be sent out. Keep an eye out for a shipping confirmation email and your order status under your Order History.

We apologise for any inconvenience and we hope you love your new UNIQLO goodies when you receive them!

Please note, UNIQLO AU uses Shippit to send out tracking details, the Shippit reference will start with a  'PP', whilst you can also track on Shippit, we suggest tracking directly from the Australia Post site as this will provide the most up to date information.
