Q. I have been refunded the wrong amount

We're sorry to hear your concern about your refund amount. When checking your refund amount, please note that an $8.00 handling fee is deducted from all returns via postal mail as per our Returns Policy. This may account for any discrepancies between the original value of your order and the total refund received. Please also take into account any coupons that were applied at the checkout as they are non-refundable.
