Q. Can I return items from multiple orders in the one satchel?

You're more than welcome to return multiple orders in one return. Please follow the steps below:​​
 

Orders placed on our previous website (before the 14th of September 2025)​ 

  1. You will only need to book one return with Australia Post here for your return parcel. ​
  2. Please include all return forms so our team can identify each order. ​
  3. Once processed, only one $8.00 return postage fee will be deducted.​
 
 

Orders placed on our new website (from the 16th of September 2025)​

  1. Lodge your returns through your Purchase History here via our UNIQLO app or website for each order.​
  2. Once lodged, you will only need to book one return with Australia Post for your returns.​
  3. When one return has been booked with Australia Post, pack all the items from your separate orders into one return parcel. ​
  4. Please also include a print out of the invoice/s of your other orders, found in your Purchase History or note down the order numbers on a piece of paper to assist our returns team to identity your multiple returns.​
  5. Once processed, only one $8.00 return postage fee will be deducted.​

However, please feel free to get in touch with our Customer Care Team via the below contact details if you believe there are any discrepancies with your refund amount.​
