How do coupon codes affect my return?
From the 16th of September 2025, we have updated the way we process your returns with coupons used. If you have recently made a return, the value of the coupon will not be refunded when items are returned as the coupon is non-refundable.
Please note that when returning an item from an order where a coupon has been applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted as a proportion dependent on the value of the item. Please be aware that the coupon will lose its value and cannot be replaced when refunding an item.
Please make sure you check coupon details before purchasing or returning items.
For example:
Purchased items:
Jacket $60
Jumper $30
T-Shirt $10
Purchase Value (before coupon discount applied): $100
Coupon Used: $10
Order Total (after discount): $90
How is the coupon distributed?
Using the purchase value (before coupon discount applied):
Jacket 60% → $6
Jumper 30% →$3
T-Shirt 10% → $1
When returning the Jacket ($60)
Coupon amount: $6
Refunded amount = $60 (original product price) - $6 (coupon discount) = $54
When returning the Jumper ($30)
Coupon amount: $3
Refunded amount = $30 (original product price) - $3 (coupon discount) = $27
When returning the T- shirt ($10)
Coupon amount: $1
Refunded amount= $10 (original product price) - $1 (coupon discount)= $9
When returning the whole order ($100)
Coupon amount: $10
Refunded amount= $100 (returned product price) - $10 (coupon discount) = $90
