How can we help?

Our Ultra Light Down (ULD) range have their own individual pouches attached and can sometimes be located inside the pockets or near the neck area. The pouch can also be located in the inside pocket on the left part of the garment.

As this can be easily missed, we advise checking all pockets on the inside and outside of the jacket in the event it has been misplaced during packing. If you’re still unable to locate your pouch please get in touch with our Customer Care team below.
