We are pleased to participate in the Afterpay Card service at all UNIQLO Australia stores as of the 16th of April 2025. With Afterpay Card, you can shop and pay directly in your digital wallet on your smartphone.

What is Afterpay Card?
Afterpay Card is a contactless digital card stored in your digital wallet on your phone. Just add your Afterpay Card to your digital wallet via a one-time setup prompted in the Afterpay app.

How do I set up Afterpay Card?
1. Open your Afterpay app (or download the app and sign up if you haven’t already).
2. Set up your Afterpay Card
3. Add it to your Apple Pay or Google Pay

How do I use Afterpay Card in store?
1. You can initiate the purchase via your Afterpay App or directly via their digital wallet.
2. To finalise the transaction, simply tap your Afterpay Card on the card terminal to pay.

How do refunds and returns work for Afterpay Card?

I returned part of my order but Afterpay are still asking me to pay the balance. As I’ve returned the item, shouldn't my payment be settled?
Please contact Afterpay directly by clicking here as this process is managed by Afterpay. Although you have returned your item, there are certain steps required by Afterpay as set out in their Afterpay Card steps which need to be followed. Please keep a copy of your refund receipt or proof of refund and reach out to Afterpay's customer support team with any queries.
