Q. How do I return or exchange my Click & Collect order?

To Return or Exchange your Click & Collect purchase, please follow the steps below.

1. Please check that your items meet our Change of Mind Return Policy below. 
     
    • Excluded Items: Socks, underwear, swimwear, altered or personalised apparel and face masks
    • Original Condition: Return items must be unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached, unaltered
    • On time:  Within 30 days from original purchase date (i.e. Pick up date: July 10th - Last day to return: August 9th)
    • With Receipt: Along with a proof of purchase (receipt, bank statement).

    EXCHANGE
    You can exchange your purchases at any UNIQLO Australia store.
    Please ensure you have proof of purchase and request the exchange within 30 days of picking up your order as well as meeting the other requirements of our Change of Mind Return Policy.

    You may exchange your purchase for an item of the same value. For exchanges to higher-priced items, simply pay the difference.

    Exchanges to lower-priced items require processing at the original store location, where you'll receive a refund for the price difference.  

     

    RETURN
    For return items, please check your the payment method to make sure if you can process a return in store.

    Card Payment: If you paid via debit/credit card, you can refund part or all of your Click and Collect order at the collection store within 30 days of collecting the order or send your return to our warehouse via post. The refund will be processed back to the original card used for payment.

    PayPal: If you paid with PayPal, you cannot refund in-store and must return via post

    Please ensure you have proof of purchase and request the exchange within 30 days of collecting your order in line with our Change of Mind Return Policy
