3D Ultra-Fine Hollow Fibre
The key to the new PUFFTECH is the insulation, which is comprised of hollow fibres and incorporates more air, by making a portion of the fibres one-fifth of the thickness of a human hair. We achieved a complex fibre mass with high air content. In addition, the 3D nature of the springy strands helps boost the insulation’s fill power. The result is a soft, improved warmth, and an increase in stretchiness and bounce.

• Can I wash my PUFFTECH?

  Of course! PUFFTECH can be hand-washed at home. If an item gets stained, simply spot clean using warm water and apply gentle pressure to the garment. To help the garment keep its shape, air dry on a thick hanger. PUFFTECH dries considerably faster than down, so if you wash it at night and hang it up to dry, it should be ready to wear by morning.*

Toray Industries conducted extensive trial-and-error testing in their pursuit of the ideal insulation. The key to the new PUFFTECH is the insulation, which is comprised of hollow fibres and incorporates more air.
