Q. UNIQLO x Marimekko Activation Terms & Conditions (UNIQLO Emporium Only) - April 2025
1. This Activation is organised by UNIQLO Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 161 922 103) of Level 19, Wesley Place 150 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000 (“Promoter”).
2. By participating in the activation, you confirm that you have read and understood, and agreed to abide by, the following terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy (“Terms and Conditions”). The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to allow entry to any Attendee who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not consent to any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not attend this Activation.
3. Attendees who are 16 years or under must be accompanied by and remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. Parent/guardian of all Attendees under the age of 16 years must read these Terms and Conditions and accept them on behalf of the Attendees.
4. The Activation will take place between 10 am to 7pm (AEST) from Monday, 28 April 2025 to Wednesday, 30 April 2025 and between 10 am to 9pm (AEST) from Thursday, 1 May 2025 to Friday, 2 May 2025 (“Activation Period”) near the Lonsdale Street entrance of Emporium Shopping Centre, Melbourne (“Event Space”).

Attendees agree to abide by all reasonable directions, decisions and rules issued by the Promoter (or our employees, contractors, partners, or agents) in relation to the Activation. Attendees must ensure they do not behave in an offensive or aggressive manner whilst attending the Activation and must not be impaired by alcohol or drugs. In the event of any breach of these Activation conditions, the Promoter retains the right (in our absolute discretion) to refuse entry to the Event Space or to require you (and any children in your care) to leave the Event Space.

During the Activation (and shortly before or after), photos, videos and/or audio and visual recordings (“Photography”) may be taken of Attendees and Attendees consent to the Promoter using the Photography, their likeness, image and/or voice in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Activation and promoting any products of the Promoter.
9. Attendees acknowledge and understand that the Activation may involve health risks including risk of injury, illness, or infection (including COVID-19) and risks to your personal property. You agree to participate in the Activation solely at your own risk and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own personal property.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage whatsoever which is incurred or suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of your participation in the Activation and in connection with your use or misuse, any lost, late or misdirected registrations, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
11. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all costs and expenses associated with attending the Activation are the responsibility of the Attendee.
12. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed and where capable the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
13. If for any reason, this Activation is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend in whole or in part. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
14. The Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia.
15. Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram may be used to advertise or promote the Activation. By participating, Attendees agree that the Activation is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram; and to release Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram from all liability in relation to this Activation. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Activation should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram.

a) enter the free photo booth, take photographs and receive one (1) free physical polaroid photo with Uniqlo x Marimekko pattern and brand logos;
b) view products from the Promoter’s new Uniqlo x Marimekko collection; and

6. Due to capacity restrictions at the Event Space, a maximum of up to 3 Attendees may be allowed in the photo booth at a time. No food, drink (other than drink bottles for adults or children), prams or trolleys are permitted in the Event Space. b) view products from the Promoter’s new Uniqlo x Marimekko collection; and
