How can I find my store receipts online?

From the 29th of January 2026, e-receipts for store purchases are available for UNIQLO Australia members.

About E-Receipts

E-receipts are available to all customers with a UNIQLO Australia membership
  • The e-receipt option MUST be selected at time of payment. You will receive an e-receipt via email and in your UNIQLO App.
  • An e-receipt will NOT be automatically sent to you if it was not selected during checkout, even if you are an UNIQLO member.
  • You will receive an e-receipt via email and be given a physical receipt even if you select e-receipt.
  • At this stage, our system only supports e-receipts for regular purchase transactions. All other forms of receipts for alterations, returns/exchanges and gift receipts will still be given in a physical form.

E-receipts can be used to show proof of purchase for returns and exchanges for store purchases.

Requesting an E-Receipt
To get an e-receipt please present or scan your UNIQLO membership barcode at the self checkout or staff checkout. You can find your membership barcode in your UNIQLO App or on our website, click here for more details on locating your membership ID. 

If you haven't already, we would recommend downloading the UNIQLO App here to easily access your membership ID barcode.

Please see the steps below:
  • Self Checkout​

    STEP 1 ​
    Before you begin your transaction, you will be prompted to scan your membership barcode or to manually type the code starting with '714' that can be found in your UNIQLO App.​

    STEP 2 ​
    Please proceed with adding your items to the cart, and once finalised, please select your method of payment and proceed with the payment option.​

    STEP 3​
    When payment is completed and you are given the option to select Receipt Type, please select either [Only Print Receipt] or [Print & E-Receipt]. You will need to select [Print & E-Receipt] to request an e-receipt and for it be shown on your UNIQLO App.​

    STEP 4 ​
    A 'Thank You' screen will appear to confirm your e-receipt was sent to your email and your e-receipt will be available in your UNIQLO App under [Purchase History > In-Store Purchases Tab > View Receipt], if e-receipt was selected. ​

  • Staff Checkout​

    When checking out, please inform the staff member that you would like to have an e-receipt. Our team can help you scan the membership barcode or manually enter the membership number and select the option for e-receipt to be sent to you.

 
Finding an E-Receipt
​If you have opted for an e-receipt in one of our UNIQLO Australia stores you will receive an email and be able to locate it in your UNIQLO Membership.

To locate your e-receipt, click here to view it in your UNIQLO account or please follow the steps below:
  • Email Delivery E-Receipt

    • Your e-receipt will be sent to your email inbox shortly after your purchase.
    • Please also check your spam/junk folders.
    • Make sure you can receive emails from: order@mail.uniqlo.com.au
  • UNIQLO Membership E-Receipt

    • View your e-receipts in your UNIQLO account here or find this in your Purchase History > Store Purchases Tab > View Receipt User-added image
    • You can see your item history for store and online purchases, under your Purchase History > Purchase History tab. Items will be reflected the next day, if you scan your membership barcode at checkout.

*If you do not select e-receipt during checkout, you will not receive one.

​FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS​
  • Do I need a UNIQLO membership to receive my e-receipt?

    Yes, you will need a UNIQLO account to scan your membership ID barcode to receive your e-receipt. Your membership ID can be found in both the UNIQLO App or website here.

    If you haven't already, download the UNIQLO App here and log into your account.

  • I forgot to select e-receipt, can I have it sent to me after purchasing?

    Unfortunately, once a transaction and receipt type chosen is finalised we are unable to resend the e-receipt to your UNIQLO account or email. E-receipt must be chosen at time of transaction.

    However, we can locate a copy of your store receipt, by contacting our Customer Care team with the following details: Date and time of purchase, total amount of transaction and items purchased.
     

  • The email with my e-receipt was deleted can it be resent? 

    Our system only allows one e-receipt to be sent for security purposes. If the e-receipt email was deleted we will be unable to retrieve the email or resend the email again.

    If e-receipt was selected at checkout, you can locate a copy of your e-receipt in your UNIQLO App: Purchase History > Store Purchases Tab > View Receipt

    If you are still unable to locate your receipt we can locate a copy of your receipt by contacting our Customer Care team with the following details: Date and time of purchase, total amount of transaction and items purchased.
  • Can I receive my e-receipt via SMS/text message?

    No sorry! We currently only offer the option to receive e-receipts via email and your UNIQLO account only. ​   

  • I lost my original receipt but I have an e-receipt, can I use that to return or exchange?​

    Yes! E-receipts can be used as a proof of purchase to process a return or exchange in store.  

  • Can I use my e-receipt for alterations, returns, exchanges or gift receipt transactions?​

    At this stage, our system only supports e-receipt for regular purchase transactions. All other forms of receipts for alterations, returns/exchanges and gift receipts will still be given in a physical form.

    If an item is returned or exchanged a paper receipt will be reissued. E-receipts for exchanged or returned transactions will become invalid.
