Q. How can I find my store receipts online?
We are excited to announce that E-Receipts for store purchases will soon be available to all UNIQLO Australia customers in-store and online. More details about this feature coming soon!
If you need a receipt in the meantime, a copy of your receipt can be issued by the same store where the purchase was made within 30 days. Please provide our store team with the details below to assist with locating your receipt:
- Date and time of purchase
- Total amount of transaction
- Items purchased
If you require a receipt that is for a purchase over 30 days ago please contact our Customer Care team with the details above.
