• When will the gift with purchases be available?

  This gift with purchase will be available on Friday 6th June 2025. Strictly whilst stocks last. 
  IN-STORE: Available at all UNIQLO Australia stores during opening hours. Please visit here to see the opening hours for your local store.
  ONLINE: Orders (including Click and Collect) are available from 12:00AM AEST. 
   

• How do I know if I am eligible for the gift with purchase?

  Purchase any PUFFTECH item to receive a free UNIQLO Mini PUFFTECH keyring on Friday 6th June 2025. Strictly whilst stocks last.
  IN-STORE: Purchase during opening hours and present your qualifying receipt at the redemption counter. Please visit here to see the opening hours for your local store. Strictly whilst stocks last.
  ONLINE: Orders (including Click and Collect) from 12:00AM AEST. Strictly whilst stocks last. 

• How do I know if the gift are still available?

  Quantities available online and in each store will vary and are limited.
  IN-STORE: We are unable to confirm availability of the gift at stores so we suggest heading into your local store to check with our team. Please visit here to see the opening hours for your local store.
  ONLINE: If we have stock available it will be included in your order whilst stocks last. It will not appear at the checkout or your order confirmation. 
   

• Can I receive more than one gift with purchase?

  There is only one gift per customer per day for any PUFFTECH purchases whilst stocks last. Quantities available online and in each store will vary and are limited.
  IN-STORE: Present your qualifying receipt at the redemption counter.  
  ONLINE:  The gift will not show in cart but will be included in the order for eligible customers.    

• Can I keep the gift with purchase if I return items from my order/purchase?

  No, the gift with purchase must be returned if the PUFFTECH item is returned.

• What colour is the keyring?

  The keyring is Dark Gray, matching our Women's PUFFTECH Parka linked here. No other colours are available, sorry!

• If I order a Click & Collect, how do I receive my gift with purchase?

  If you order Click & Collect and you are eligible for a free gift we will include this inside your Click & Collect parcel whilst stocks last. Please note that it will not appear in your shopping cart at the time of checkout. Strictly whilst stocks last.
