Free Alteration Week Terms & Conditions (Online Only) - 23 to 29 July 2026

We are offering free alterations with any online purchase (including Click and Collect, but excluding Pick Up Today) from 12:00am AEST Thursday 23 July to 11:59pm AEST Wednesday 29 July 2026. This offer includes items less than $29.90 and those requiring a blind stitch, where a $6 fee is usually applied!


Terms and Conditions: From 12:00am AEST Thursday 23 July to 11:59pm AEST Wednesday 29 July 2026 (Promotional Period), for Online Only purchases of eligible bottoms, we are extending our complimentary alterations service to include items less than $29.90 and those requiring a blind stitch (where usually a $6 fee is applied). This offer is available online only (including Click and Collect, but excluding Pick Up Today) during the Promotional Period. Altered apparel cannot be returned or exchanged for Change of Mind (including if customers select an incorrect or unsuitable alteration option). 

For eligible bottoms that can be shortened, you will find the alteration option available when selecting your colour and size online.  (If the option is not available to select a stitch/length, it is not eligible for alterations). During the Promotional Period, please allow additional days to our usual 3-5 business day timeframe for our team to alter the item/s and ship your order. This offer cannot be varied, exchanged or returned as cash, credit or equivalent. Offer is subject to change without notice and other restrictions may apply.

• When will the complimentary alteration be available?

  This will be available from 12:00am AEST Thursday 23 July to 11:59pm AEST Wednesday 29 July 2026 for online only purchases (including Click and Collect, but excluding Pick Up Today) of eligible bottoms.

• How do I know if the bottoms are eligible for the complimentary alteration?

  For bottoms that can be altered, you will find the alteration option available when selecting your colour and size online. If the option is not available to select a stitch or length, it is not eligible for alterations.

• Can I receive more than one complimentary alteration?

  Yes! As long as the bottoms are eligible and alteration is selected when adding the item to your cart.

• Can I return the pants after the complimentary alteration?

  No, altered apparel cannot be returned or exchanged for Change of Mind (including if customers select an incorrect or unsuitable alteration option).

• How long will my online order with the complimentary alteration take?

  Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched during this period.

• Do the complimentary alterations include items on sale or special offer?

  Yes! Our complimentary alterations service will include items less than $29.90 and those requiring a blind stitch (where usually a $6 fee is applied).

• If I purchase online, can I redeem the complimentary alteration in store?

  No, sorry this offer is only available for online orders (including Click and Collect, but excluding Pick Up Today). When placing an online order, add your selected bottoms that are eligible and desired alteration length when adding the item to your cart.

• How do I know if the complimentary alteration has been applied?

  Once you select the alteration type and length, the free alteration will automatically be applied.

What is alterations?
You can alter your favourite pants to your desired length through our online alterations, only available on selected pants and jeans. You may choose from Visible (Lock Stitch), Cut-Off Stitch or Hidden (Blind Stitch) as your preferred alteration technique. Please note, not all stitch types are available for all styles.
