Terms and Conditions: From 12:00am Friday 18 July to 11:59pm Thursday 24 July 2025 (Promotional Period), for Online Only purchases of eligible bottoms, we are extending our complimentary alterations service to include items less than $29.90 and those requiring a blind stitch (where usually a $6 fee is applied).  This offer is available online only (including Click and Collect) during the Promotional Period. Altered apparel cannot be returned or exchanged for Change of Mind (including if customers select an incorrect or unsuitable alteration option). 

For eligible bottoms that can be shortened, you will find the alteration option available when selecting your colour and size online. (If the option is not available to select a stitch/length, it is not eligible for alterations). During the Promotional Period, please allow additional days to our usual 2-3 business day timeframe for our team to alter the item/s and ship your order. This offer cannot be varied, exchanged or returned as cash, credit or equivalent. Offer is subject to change without notice and other restrictions may apply.

• When will the complimentary alteration be available?

  This will be available from 12:00am Friday 18 July to 11:59pm Thursday 24 July 2025 for online only purchases (including Click and Collect) of eligible bottoms.

• How do I know if the bottoms are eligible for the complimentary alteration?

  For bottoms that can be altered, you will find the alteration option available when selecting your colour and size online. If the option is not available to select a stitch or length, it is not eligible for alterations.

• Can I receive more than one complimentary alteration?

  Yes! As long as the bottoms are eligible and alteration is selected when adding the item to your cart.

• Can I return the pants after the complimentary alteration?

  No, altered apparel cannot be returned or exchanged for Change of Mind (including if customers select an incorrect or unsuitable alteration option).

• How long will my online order with the complimentary alteration take?

  Please allow an extra 4-5 business days for your delivery for our team to complete your alteration during this period. As soon as it has been completed and your order is on its way to you we will send your tracking details. To find more details on our delivery timeframe please click here.

• Do the complimentary alterations include items on sale or special offer?

  Yes! Our complimentary alterations service will include items less than $29.90 and those requiring a blind stitch (where usually a $6 fee is applied).

• If I purchase online, can I redeem the complimentary alteration in store?

  No, sorry this offer is only available for online orders (including Click and Collect). When placing an online order, add your selected bottoms that are eligible and desired alteration length when adding the item to your cart.

• How do I know if the complimentary alteration has been applied?

  Once you select the alteration type and length, the free alteration will automatically be applied.

• How do I measure the inseam length?

  STEP 1: To find the right measurement, begin by measuring a pair of pants that you already have to get an idea of the inseam length you’d like to select for alterations.
  STEP 2: Measure from the center of your inseam (crotch) to the length you want the pants altered to. For example, if you select 70cm from the dropdown menu, the inseam to the hem measurement will be 70cm long.
  STEP 3: After you note these measurements, please select your colour, waist size and length, and choose the type of stitch type and length of the alteration you want for your bottoms.

What are alterations?
You can alter your favourite pants to your desired length through our online alterations, only available on selected pants and jeans. You may choose from Visible (Lock Stitch), Cut-Off Stitch or Hidden (Blind Stitch) as your preferred alteration technique. Please note, not all stitch types are available for all styles.
