1.    This Promotion is organised by UNIQLO Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 161 922 103) of Level 19, Wesley Place, 150 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 (“Promoter”).
2.    By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you have read and understood, and agreed to abide by, the following terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy (together, “Terms and Conditions”). The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award a gift to any Eligible Entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3.    Entry to the Promotion is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older (16 years, with parent/guardian consent) who complete the entry steps (“Eligible Entrants”). If you are under 18 years, your parent/guardian must read these Terms and Conditions and accept them on your behalf.
4.    Entries cannot be submitted on behalf of any other person.
5.    The Promotion will be run over four (4) days from Thursday, 28 August 2025 to Sunday, 31 August 2025 during opening hours (“Promotion Period”) at the following UNIQLO Australia retail stores (“Participating Stores”) 
VIC: Werribee, The Glen, The District Docklands and Westfield Knox
NSW: Hurstville Westfield, Chatswood, Castle Towers, Westfield Liverpool and Erina Fair
QLD: Mt Gravatt and Robina
WA: Westfield Carousel
SA: Marion
ACT: Canberra Centre
6.    To participate in the Promotion, an Eligible Entrant must:
a)    Sign up to the UNIQLO App or be a UNIQLO App member;
b)    Visit a Participating Store;
c)    At a Participating Store, find the 4 Top Picks for Father’s Day items. The ‘4 Top Picks for Father’s Day’ items will be displayed at the redemption counter and marked in-store;
d)    Use the scan function of the UNIQLO App to scan the product barcode of each of the 4 Top Picks for Father’s Day;
e)    Show the scan history in the UNIQLO App showing the ‘4 Top Picks for Father’s Day’ items to the Promoter’s staff at the redemption counter.
The Promoter’s staff at the redemption counter will verify if the correct products have been scanned. No photos of the product barcodes will be accepted; only scan history in the UNIQLO App must be presented.
Upon completing the above entry requirements, Eligible Entrants can receive one (1) Gift from the Promoter. Number of Gifts across Participating Stores vary. Gifts are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis only. Eligible Entrants will not be able to receive a Gift once all available Gifts have been exhausted.
7.    In each case, an entry will be deemed to be accepted at the time the scan history of an Eligible Entrants’ UNIQLO App is presented to the Promoter’s staff at the redemption counter of a Participating Store. The Promoter, its agents, affiliates or representatives will not be liable and accept no responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected entries or entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the presentation of the entries that may interfere with an entrant’s ability to participate in the Promotion due to technical disruptions, network congestion, inaccurate information or any loss or damage or injury as a result of technical/telecommunication failures, security breaches or for any other reason.
8.    No entries will be accepted outside the Promotion Period.
9.    All monetary figures in these Terms and Conditions are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Gifts. 
5000 Gifts valued at $11.80 each.
Each Gift consists of the following:
•    Two (2) pairs of Uniqlo Adult UT Socks (design selected at random) - $5.90 each 
10.    One Gift per Eligible Entrant per day. 
11.    Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or are incomprehensible or incomplete will not be valid and will not be included in the Promotion.
12.    Directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter, or of any agencies their immediate families, and any agencies, retailers and suppliers directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
13.    The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final, including any disqualification of any entry in the Promoter’s absolute discretion. Entrants agree to abide by all reasonable directions, decisions and rules issued by the Promoter (or our employees, contractors, partners, or agents) in relation to the Promotion. Entrants must ensure they do not behave in an offensive or aggressive manner whilst attending a Participating Store and must not be impaired by alcohol or drugs. In the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter’s staff retains the right (in their absolute discretion) to refuse entry to a Participating Store or to require an entrant to leave the Participating Store.
14.    Entrants acknowledge and understand that the Promotion may involve health risks including risk of injury, illness, or infection (including COVID-19) and risks to your personal property. You agree to participate in the Promotion solely at your own risk and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own personal property.
15.    Entrants' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Promotion, for marketing or otherwise in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. The personal information of the Entrants may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Promotion, including Gift suppliers and deliverers. Entrants can request access to or correction of their details by contacting the Promoter at customerservice@uniqlo.com.au. All personal information will be securely stored by the Promoter and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: UNIQLO Australia Privacy Policy.
16.    The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant’s UNIQLO App membership and to disqualify any entry, disqualify any Eligible Entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or the Promoter. 
17.    All Gifts, or any unused portion of a Gift, are not transferable, upgradable, divisible, and exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Gifts or if the winning Eligible Entrant’s preferred style, size or colour is unavailable.
18.    Promoter shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage whatsoever which is incurred or suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of your participation in the Promotion, including claiming a Gift, any lost, late or misdirected entries, in connection with your use or misuse of any Gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).  Once a Gift has left the Promoter’s premises, Promoter and their associated agencies take no responsibility for any damage, delay or if the Gift is lost in transit.
19.    Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all costs and expenses associated with the Gift for the Promotion are the responsibility of the Eligible Entrant.
20.    If for any reason, this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities if required.  If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. 
21.    The Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in laws of Victoria. 
22.    Facebook, TikTok or Instagram may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, TikTok or Instagram and to release Facebook, TikTok or Instagram from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoters and not Facebook, TikTok or Instagram.
