Q. NOTICE: Click & Collect Temporarily Unavailable – 1st to Mid-September 2025

From Monday the 1st of September 12:00AM AEST, our Click and Collect service is temporarily unavailable for all UNIQLO Australia stores while we prepare for our online store update in mid-September. The service is expected to resume Tuesday the 23rd of September.​

Already placed an order with Click and Collect? No problem! Your order will be sent to your nominated store as normal and an email will be sent to you once it arrives. 
*Just ensure to pick up your order within two weeks or a refund to your original payment method will be processed.

In the meantime, you can find your local UNIQLO store here or order with home delivery to your preferred address. Find out more about home delivery here.
