• Where is UTme! available?

  UNIQLO Emporium is the only store with UTme!. Stay tuned for more stores.

• How long does the UTme! process take?

  The process of printing and heat pressing is about 10-15 minutes long, however our store team will give you a ticket with an estimated collection time. Wait times are subject to the number of daily orders in the queue, please speak with out friendly staff to confirm the estimated waiting time if you wish to order.
  
  Once your UTme! is ready, the item will be held in store for 30 days, if you are unable to make it in time please contact our Emporium store here or our Customer Care team via our contact details below.

• How do I use the UTme! service?

  Step 1: Choose the customisation type on the device provided. The options include pictures, text, paint, or stickers.
  Step 2: Choose your preferred design/s. You can choose from all the available designs.
  Step 3: On the designing screen, place your stickers/images. You can adjust the size and placement of the content, as long as you remain within the borders. It is important to keep the content inside the borders to ensure the full content is printed. You can also place multiple stickers from the same series!
  Step 4: Add effects (optional) such as auto-layout, splash, or glitch.
  Step 5: On the final order screen, hit purchase and notify the UNIQLO employee nearby that your shirt is ready to print!

• What are the design guidelines?

  Please make sure that your submitted design does not include the following prohibited contents. We may not be able to accept orders depending on your design.

  Unathorised contents that infringe on third party rights:

  • Names, portraits, photographs and/or contents of celebrities, entertainers, and famous characters
  • Photographs of other individuals (person identifiable)
  • Names, brand names, and/or contents which express famous companies and famous brands
  • Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)
  • Content created using generative AI (such as but not limited to ChatGPT, Canva, Copilot, etc.) or apps and software provided by other companies

  Inappropriate, immoral content:

  • Indecent or vulgar language or content
  • Content that causes disgust, discomfort, or anxiety
  • Content that damages the reputation or could cause other harm to a third party
  • Antisocial content
  • Political content
  • Other content that we deem to be inappropriate

• Is there a fee for UTme! customisation?

  UTme! is a free service with the purchase of your special UTme! T-shirt or Tote Bag. Only selected UTme! products can be used for printing. See above for the full range under 'What products are available for Utme! designs?'.

• How should I care for my new UTme! t-shirt?

  • Turn the t-shirt inside out when washing to reduce friction on the printed area when tumbling in the washing machine
  • Use a low temperature or cold wash settings
  • Wash dark coloured items separately
  • Use a mild laundry detergent
  • Hang it to dry under the shade to air dry

• What is the Returns Policy for personalised items?

  As per our Change of Mind Policy, personalised apparel cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges as they are no longer in their original condition.
