Stay Vigilant Against Fake Emails & Accounts

A scam is a way of illegally using the UNIQLO trademark or name to deceive people into handing over personal details or money can be represented in many forms, such as offering terms and conditions for payment, asking to ‘confirm’ personal details to avoid security risks, having to provide personal details to claim a reward or prize, or an unauthorized third party fraudulently advertising discounts.

UNIQLO does not use public emails (such as Gmail) to solicit personal information or seek collaborations, and is not associated with any of the above activities. Our official UNIQLO Australia social media accounts have the blue tick verification mark (besides TikTok).
 
Please beware of fake scam accounts and should you receive any emails, texts or social media messages which include this type of activity, we recommend to immediately delete the message and its contents, to block the sender/account to avoid any further correspondence and report any scams to Scamwatch here.

How to identify fake websites, emails and accounts

[Fake Website]
The correct address of the UNIQLO official website is［www.uniqlo.com.au］.
Please note that the imitation sites have different domains such as [www.uniqlo●●●●●.com] and [www.●●●uniqlo.com].
Characteristics of counterfeit sites:
 
・The bank account name does not match that of the operating company
・The contact email address is a free email address
・The prices of all products are extremely low

If you receive a suspicious email, please check the sender and see if it is from UNIQLO. We will only ever contact you via registered UNIQLO accounts including the following:
