Q. Can I add an item to my order?
We are unable to add an item to an order once it has been placed. If you are within 30 minutes we suggest logging in to your account to cancel your order (instructions below) and placing a new one with all items combined.
After 30 minutes a cancellation is not possible so we suggest to place a new order online for the additional item you require.
Steps to Cancel:
1. Login to your account
2. Click 'Order History'
3. Press the cancel button for the order you wish to cancel
Your order status will show as ‘Cancelled’ once successful and we will send you an email shortly to confirm. Please allow 2-5 business days for the payment to be reversed and cleared.
