Review a product for a chance to win UNIQLO products! Thanks to our customer's feedback, we continuously evolve our products. For customers who submit product reviews we have a product sampling program where you have the chance to win UNIQLO products. Please click here to view our current program details and the full terms and conditions for reviewing and the promotion here.

1st to 30th of November 2024

Winners for the October period have now been contacted via email.

How to Participate
Step 1: Log in to your UNIQLO account (online or app)
Step 2: Go to the “Membership” section, then “Purchase history”
Step 3: Leave a product review by picking your favourite item and clicking “Write a review”

What happens if you win!
Step 1: We will contact you after the promotion period has ended each month. 
You'll receive an email from our Customer Care team (customerservice@uniqlo.com.au) who will be in touch to organise delivery of your new item.
Step 2: Your item will be sent to you.
We will make arrangements to have your sample product delivered to you.
Step 3: Leave a review of your sample product.

Who is eligible for the Sampling Program?
Anyone who leaves a review during the promotional period between 1st to 30th of November 2024.

What product do I have to review to join the Sampling Program?
You can review any UNIQLO product throughout the promotional period to be eligible to win the free sample. 

How do you select the winners of the Monthly Product Review Contest?
The winners will be chosen at random.

If I'm chosen for the Sampling Program, what kind of products will I get?
The products will change each month, please click here to view the current product that is included in the promotion. 

How will I be notified if I have been selected for the Sampling Program?
You will be contacted via your registered email within 1-2 business days after the current promotional period has ended.

How will I receive my sample product?
Our Customer Service team will be in touch with you directly to obtain your address details and we will ship your product to you. Whilst we will request your preferred size and colour, we cannot guarantee these items due to stock availability. 

I left a review before the promotion started, am I still eligible?
Only reviews made within the promotional period will be eligible. Reviews placed before this period will not be eligible. 

I left a review but I cannot see it on the website?  
Reviews may take 4-5 days to appear on the website.
