Q. If I buy an item in-store can I return it you via post?

Products purchased in store can only be returned or exchanged in a retail store, and we do not facilitate postal returns for retail purchases. They can also only be returned and refunded at the original store of purchase. However, you are welcome to exchange items at any UNIQLO Australia store, and the exchange does not need to take place in the same you purchased. Click here to find your nearest store.
