Q. How long do I have to make a return?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return them to us or complete an exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase, or for online orders within 30 days of the date of delivery so long as the items meet our Change of Mind Returns Policy

Item/s purchased in one of our stores can only be returned for a refund at the original store of purchase within 30 days or exchanged at any other store.

If you need to exchange your item, this can be done at any of our stores (find your closest store here). In-store purchases cannot be returned via postal mail.
