Q. What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have placed my order?
By logging in to your account you have a 30 minute window to cancel your online order, you can then place a new order online with the updated personal details. After 30 minutes you will be unable to cancel your order. Due to the fast paced nature of our warehouse we unfortunately cannot guarantee amendments can be made once an order has been submitted.
