Q. What happens if an item in my order is not available?

If there has been an unforeseen stock shortage at our warehouse our Customer Care team will always send you an email to confirm this and your invoice will be updated. You will only be charged for the items we have sent you. Please check your inbox/spam folder for this email. Feel free to contact our friendly Customer Care team by via our Contact Us page if you have any concerns or to check if/when this item will be re-stocked.
