Q. Difference between Purchase History and Order History
After logging into your account you will find two pages under Membership including Purchase History and Order History.
Purchase History includes purchases you have made both online and in-store under your account. In-store purchases are reflected in the app the next day after the purchase and your membership ID barcode must be scanned at the cashier for these purchases to register. Online purchases will only appear here after shipment once payment has been completed. Please note that the purchase history is not a proof of purchase so please retain your receipt or invoice for returns or exchanges.
Order History includes purchases you have made online with us and you can check your order status and tracking information for online orders in this section.
