Q. How long does the Click & Collect service take?

The expected delivery timeframes for your Click and Collect order to be available in store are as follows:  

2-4 business days – VIC 
3-6 business days – NSW, ACT, SA and QLD
7-10 business days – WA 

When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification that you will need to present when you collect your order in store.

Once the order arrives in store you will have 14 days to collect your order. If your order is not collected in time it will expire and our team will process a full refund back to your original payment method.

No collection email after this time? Please check your Order History (login to your account -> Membership -> Order History) and check the Order Status. If your order is 'Receivable' you can head into store and pick it up by showing your order confirmation or this page. If your order is showing as 'Arrival Waiting' please contact our team here for further assistance.
