Q. Do you offer bulk order purchases?
Looking to use UNIQLO for your uniform? Bulk orders over $1,000 for full priced items are eligible for a 10% discount, excluding collaboration and promotional pieces.
Discounts are subject to approval and are not guaranteed. Please also note that UNIQLO items cannot be sold on further as part of a resale, re-labelling or as a wholesale agreement.

How do I request a bulk order?
For any enquiries regarding discounts and stock availability for bulk orders, please get in touch with our Customer Care team via our Contact Us page or email us at customerservice@uniqlo.com.au. So that we can best assist with organising your bulk order, please include the below information in your enquiry:
- Product name and ID
- Colour, sizes and quantities you are after
- Business name (if applicable)
- Purpose of the purchase (e.g. uniform, gifting)
- Confirm the email address used for your UNIQLO account (create one here) -
What is the ordering process?
1. Confirm the items, colours, sizes and quantities you are after
2. Confirm your UNIQLO online account/email address used
3. Our team will take a look at our stock levels and confirm if we can fulfil this, and what the timeframe would be to have these available
4. Once the stock is ready we will provide your discount coupon and provide purchase instructions
5. Order is placed on our online site and our team will process this at our online warehouse as a priority
6. Invoice will be provided once full payment is taken at dispatch -
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is in line with our online store. You can click here for up to date information on lead time for home/business delivery or Click & Collect.
Note on Payment: At this stage payment can only be taken via an order on our website so you will need to pay via PayPal or credit/debit card. We cannot arrange any alternative payment methods and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
