Q. About Pre-Order
We are so excited to begin offering pre-orders on some UNIQLO items!
Pre-order products will have a label identifying that they will be shipped at a later date, which will be clearly marked on the page and your order confirmation.
If your order contains other items, please note that all items will be shipped together once the pre-order product is ready.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY DATES
Pre-orders are available on selected products throughout the year. The expected date of delivery will be displayed on the Product Page and Order Confirmation (this is an estimate of when we expect to receive the item, it is not a guaranteed date and is subject to change without notice). We will endeavor to advise you of any delays to this date via email.
2. PAYMENT
For all pre-orders, payment is processed on the day of receipt of your order (i.e. day you place your order).
3. CANCELLING YOUR PRE-ORDER
➜ Within 30 minutes of placing your order, you can cancel your order by navigating to the Cancel button under your Order History in your Account.
➜ After 30 minutes, you are able to cancel your pre-order at any time up until it is shipped by contacting Customer Care via chat, email or phone below.
4. RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR PRE-ORDER
Once the item has been shipped to your specified delivery address you can return the item per our standard Return and Exchange policy within 30 days of receiving your order.

How will I know when my pre-order is ready?
When your order is placed we will provide an expected delivery date, however this may change and we will send you an email to advise of any delays. As soon as it is on the way to your nominated address or store we will send you a shipping confirmation.
