Q. UNIQLO Knox Pablo Picasso x Peace for All Workshop Terms & Conditions - April 8th 2025
1. This Activation is organised by UNIQLO Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 36 161 922 103) of Level 19, Wesley Place 150 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000 (“Promoter”).
2. By participating in the activation, you confirm that you have read and understood, and agreed to abide by, the following terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy (“Terms and Conditions”). The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to allow entry to any Attendee who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not consent to any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for this Activation.
3. Entry to the Activation is only open to those aged 18 years or under. (“Attendees”). Attendees who are 16 years or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parent/guardian of all Attendees must read these Terms and Conditions and accept them on behalf of the Attendees.
4. Registrations for the Activation may only be made via the online booking system by a parent/guardian of the Attendee. Each booking session allows an individual entry to a single session of the Activation area located in the UNIQLO Knox City store (“Event Space”). Limited slots are available per session.
5. Each Attendee is limited to one (1) session of the Activation. Multiple bookings for the same Attendee are not permitted. A maximum of two (2) Attendees per booking are allowed.
6. Registrations not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or are incomprehensible or incomplete will not be valid.
7. In each case, registration for the Activation will be deemed to be accepted only at the time it is received by the Promoter, via its servers and not at the time of transmission by the Attendee. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected registration or registration not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery that may interfere with an attendee’s ability to participate in the Activation due to technical disruptions, network congestion, inaccurate information or any loss or damage or injury as a result of technical/telecommunications failures, security breaches or for any other reason.
8. The Activation will take place on 8 April 2025 in three (3) sessions from 9.30am -10.30am, 11am – 12pm and 1pm – 2pm (AEST) (“Activation Period”) at the Event Space.
9. Please arrive prior to your allotted session time and present your booking confirmation email with QR code to the Promoter’s personnel at the Event Space who will scan the QR code to permit entry into the Event Space. Admission will be refused to adults unaccompanied by eligible Attendees. Please contact us at rsvp@idcollective.com.au if you cannot make your session to allow us to cancel your booking to make your slot available to another individual.
10. At the Activation, Attendees are encouraged to explore their imagination to create an artwork inspired by Pablo Picasso’s “Bouquet of Friendship” and on the theme of “What does peace mean to you?”.
11. The Promoter will provide art supplies to the Attendees for use at the Activation.
12. All artwork by the Attendees must be submitted to the Promoter’s personnel at the Event Space before exiting. The Promoter is the owner of all artworks (including any intellectual property rights contained therein) created at the Activation by the Attendees. The Promoter may send the artworks created by the Attendees to be collated in the form of a collage canvas mural (“Collage”) at the Paris Picasso Museum. The Collage may be displayed at the UNIQLO Knox City store or any other UNIQLO store worldwide.
13. Upon submission of the artwork, each eligible Attendee will receive one (1) free gift from the Promoter (Gift). All monetary figures in these Terms and Conditions are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of gifts.

c. UNIQLO LifeWear magazine.
14. All Attendees under 16 years must remain under supervision of a parent/guardian at all times. Due to capacity restrictions, only one (1) parent or guardian per Attendee may be allowed to enter the Event Space. No food, drink (other than drink bottles for adults or children), prams or trolleys are permitted in the Event Space.
15. Directors, officers, management, and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, and employees) of the Promoter, and any agencies and suppliers directly associated with this Activation are ineligible to participate in the Activation.
16. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Activation is final. Attendees agree to abide by all reasonable directions, decisions and rules issued by the Promoter (or our employees, contractors, partners, or agents) in relation to the Activation. Attendees must ensure they do not behave in an offensive or aggressive manner whilst attending the Activation and must not be impaired by alcohol or drugs. In the event of any breach of these Activation conditions, the Promoter retains the right (in our absolute discretion) to refuse entry to the Event Space or to require you (and any children in your care) to leave the Event Space.
17. During the Activation (and shortly before or after), photos, videos and/or audio and visual recordings (“Photography”) may be taken of Attendees and Attendees consent to the Promoter using the Photography, their likeness, image and/or voice in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Activation and promoting any products of the Promoter.
18. If you submit a registration form, your details will be entered into a database and you consent to the Promoter using the personal information provided in connection with the Activation for the purposes of future promotional and marketing purposes for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised. You can request access to or correction of your details by contacting the Promoter at https://faq-au.uniqlo.com/contactus/. All personal information will be securely stored by the Promoter and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the process, who submits a registration form that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in relation to the Activation, which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the event and/or the Promoter.
20. Attendees acknowledge and understand that the Activation may involve health risks including risk of injury, illness, or infection (including COVID-19) and risks to your personal property. You agree to participate in the Activation solely at your own risk and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own personal property.
21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage whatsoever which is incurred or suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of your participation in the Activation and in connection with your use or misuse, any lost, late or misdirected registrations, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
22. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all costs and expenses associated with attending the Activation are the responsibility of the Attendee.
23. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed and where capable the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
24. If for any reason, this Activation is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend in whole or in part. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
25. The Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia.
26. Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram may be used to advertise or promote the Activation. By participating, Attendees agree that the Activation is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram; and to release Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram from all liability in relation to this Activation. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Activation should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram.
