Store Purchases | How to Return & Exchange
To return or exchange your purchase from one of our UNIQLO Australia stores, please find the below information and ensure that your items meet our Change of Mind Return Policy.
How do I exchange?
If you need to exchange your item, this can be done at any of our UNIQLO Australia stores across within 30 days and you can find your closest store here.You can exchange your purchase for any other item of the same value or higher value. If exchanging for a higher value item, the price difference will just have to be paid. You can exchange for a lower value item, however this can only be done at the original store of payment as a refund for the price difference has to be processed.
Our stores can not accept exchange requests via postal mail and you must return in person with your item and proof of purchase should you require an exchange.
How do I refund?
Item/s purchased in a UNIQLO Australia store can only be returned for a refund at the original store of purchase within 30 days. In-store purchases cannot be returned via postal mail so we suggest exchanging at your closest store (find our stores here).Please note that if you made your purchase with a gift card such as a Westfield Gift Card, please refer to the card issuer's terms and conditions for the refund/return process as a refund may not be possible due to their policy, so we suggest exchanging your purchase for something else.
