Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

3. Press the cancel button for the order you wish to cancel
Your order status will show as ‘Cancelled’ once successful. The pending charge on your card or PayPal will be cleared within 2-5 business days by your card issuer. If the debit is still there after this time please contact your card issuer directly for assistance.
If your order has been shipped already and you need to change an item, please return via post or visit your local UNIQLO to exchange. Please find more information about our returns and exchanges process here.

I have cancelled my order, when will the payment be returned to me?
When an order is placed on UNIQLO AU, the funds are only 'pending' or 'authorised' whilst your order is still processing. If your order is cancelled our system will send a message to your card issuer to release the funds back in to your account. This will generally take 24 hours for the funds to appear, however the timeframe may differ from each card issuer. If you have received the 'Cancellation confirmation' email your order was cancelled and your funds will be returned to you!

Is there a way to place the order again without adding the items to cart?
No, we're sorry but if you would like to place a new order you will be required to check out again from the start. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I change the pick up store or cancel my Click & Collect/Pick Up Today?
We are not able to make any changes to orders once they are confirmed. If you cannot pick up your order, we can extend your collection time or process a refund upon request when it is ready to collect.
