Q. Can I use a Parcel Locker or PO Box for my shipping address?
Yes, we can deliver to Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect and PO Box addresses. If you do not have a parcel locker already, you can select Delivery to Collection Point at the checkout and find your nearest Australia Post collection point.
Step One: Select Delivery to Collection Point
Step Two: Enter your postcode to find your nearest collection points
Step Three: Select your nearest collection point or click show more locations to find one that is suitable
Step Four: Select who will be collecting the parcel
Step Five: Finalise payment and keep an eye out for collection details from Aus Post
If you would like to use your existing Parcel Locker/Collect details from your MyPost app, please ensure to enter the address per your MyPost account or Post Office's instructions at the checkout as your delivery address under Ship to address at the checkout. If your address does not include 'Parcel Locker', 'Parcel Collect' or 'PO Box' it will not be validated and may be sent with an alternative delivery partner who cannot complete delivery so ensure to enter the address correctly.
