NOTICE: Online Return Policy Update - April 2026

From Wednesday, 1 April 2026, all online purchases using online payment (including Click & Collect and Order & Pick) that require a refund must be returned to the UNIQLO online warehouse by postal mail. Please click here for the instructions on returning an online order.

However, online purchases can be exchanged at any UNIQLO Australia store. To do so, simply take your item and your invoice to the store. You can exchange your online purchase for any other item provided that the new item is of the same value or higher. If you are exchanging for a higher value item, the price difference will just have to be paid. If you would like to exchange your purchase for an item of a lower value, as in-store refunds for online purchases are not available, we suggest finding an additional item to cover the difference.

If you have placed a Click & Collect or Order & Pick order on or before Tuesday, 31 March 2026 and paid by debit/credit card, you are welcome to return your order in-store where you collected the parcel for a refund. PayPal orders must be returned via post. 

There are no policy changes to orders using Pay in Store, these must still be returned in-store where the original payment was made.

To return or exchange your order from our online store, please find more information below and ensure that your items meet our Change of Mind Return Policy.

How do I exchange?
If you require an exchange, this can be completed at any of our UNIQLO stores within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure to present your invoice, found in your Purchase History. You are welcome to exchange to any other item of the same value or more. Please note, we do not offer exchanges through our online returns process and items sent back to our online warehouse will be processed for a refund. If you require a new size or colour, you can simply place a new order online.
 
How do I refund?

Online purchases that require a refund must be sent back to our online warehouse using the online returns process below, and cannot be refunded in-store. Click here to visit your Purchase History to lodge your online order return.
 

Please note an $8.00 return postage fee for each return parcel will be deducted from the refund amount for change of mind returns.
