Q. In-Store Purchase - Return and Exchanges

 

Item/s purchased in a UNIQLO Australia store can only be returned and refunded at the original store of purchase within 30 days. In-store purchases can not be returned via postal mail.

If you need to exchange your item, this can be done at any of our stores across NSW, VIC, QLD & WA. Click here to find your Closest Store.
You can exchange your item at any of our stores for any other item of the same value. If exchanging for a higher value item, the price difference will just have to be paid. You can exchange for a lower value item, however this can only be done at the original store of payment as a refund for the price difference has to be processed.

If you made your purchase with a gift card such as a Westfield Gift Card, please refer to the card issuer's terms and conditions for the refund/return process as a refund may not be possible due to their policy.

Click and Collect orders can be returned for a refund by using the postal returns method here, or you can return your order back to the original store it was collected from for a refund to your credit card. Please note, refunds for Click and Collect orders can only be refunded at the original store of collection and PayPal refunds can not be made in-store. Please follow the postal return method to receive a refund in to your PayPal account.

Online home delivery orders can not be refunded in our retail stores, they can however be exchanged.
