Q. When will I receive my refund?

Please see the below details for our online and in-store refund timeframes. 

In-Store Return: 
If your refund was processed in-store, please allow 2-5 business days for it to appear in your account. Depending on your card issuer, the refund may even appear on a date up to 7 days after processing on your statement. 

If you have the refund receipt from the store you can take this as guarantee that your refund has been processed, some banks may take a couple extra days to complete. Refunds will be processed to the original card used for the purchase so ensure that you have checked the right card/account.

Online Return: 
When your online return has been received back at our warehouse you will receive an automatic email from Australia Post confirming delivery to us. If you haven't received this email please firstly track your return online to ensure it has been received at our warehouse. 

Once your parcel has been delivered to us, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed and we will send you a refund confirmation email once it has been completed.

Expired Click & Collect:
If your Click and Collect has expired after 21 days, we will process an automatic refund. Once the refund has gone through we will send you a refund confirmation email and the funds will be processed to your original payment method.

If you have not received a refund confirmation email after your collection time has expired, please get in touch with our team here to assist.
