Q. My parcel arrived damaged

We’re very sorry to hear this! Please get in touch with our friendly Customer Care Team via our Contact Us page, and we will request an investigation with CouriersPlease or Australia Post. If your item/s have also been damaged in the process, we will also assist in organising a return and a replacement/refund.
