Update to our returns policy

- Online orders that require a refund must be sent back using our postal return process listed below.
- Refunds can only be processed at the original store of purchase.
- Exchanges can be made at any store.
Returns delays - May 2022
Due to a stocktake period at our online warehouse, there will be a delay in processing returns. Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
If you change your mind about your purchase of products (except socks, underwear, swimwear, altered apparel and face masks) purchased in UNIQLO stores/online in Australia, we will refund or exchange those products within 30 days, provided they have not been worn or washed and are accompanied by the original receipt/tax invoice, packaging and tags. For health and safety reasons we can not accept the returns of face masks that have been opened.
Refunds can only be processed at the original store of purchase. Please see below the return methods for the different types of orders/purchases, which are effective from December 1, 2020.
Item/s purchased in a UNIQLO Australia store can only be returned and refunded at the original store of purchase within 30 days.
If you need to exchange your item, this can be done at any of our stores across NSW, VIC, QLD & WA. Click here to find your Closest Store. In store purchases can not be returned via postal mail.
Online orders - Exchanges
If you require an exchange, this can be completed at any of our UNIQLO stores within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure to have your tax invoice with you. If you require a full refund for your online order, the item must be posted back to our online warehouse.
Please note, we do not offer exchanges through our online returns process and items sent back to our online warehouse will be processed for a refund. If you require a new size or colour, you can simply place a new order online.
Online payment orders – Refund
Online payment purchases that require a refund must be sent back to our online warehouse following the online returns process. Online orders cannot be refunded at our UNIQLO stores.
Please follow the steps below to post back your online order for a refund via Australia Post.
Fill in the quantity and reason code for the items you are returning. You are welcome to return just some items from your order and don't have to return the whole order.
Click here to visit our Australia Post returns portal and fill in the required fields to create label. Print your label at home or scan it at an Australia Post Office.
Pack your item/s and return form together. Attach your label to your parcel. Drop your return parcel at any Australia Post Office or red Post Office Box.
It can take 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received. Please note an AU$8.00 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Click and Collect orders can be returned for a refund by using the postal returns method here, or you can return your order back to the original store it was collected from for a refund to your credit card. Please note, refunds for Click and Collect orders can only be refunded at the original store of collection, PayPal refunds can not be made in store - please follow the postal return method to receive a refund in to your PayPal account. Exchanges for Click and Collect orders can be completed at any of our UNIQLO Australia stores. Please take your Tax Invoice/Return Form with you when you return to store.
Pay In Store orders can only be returned and refunded at the original store that payment was completed at. Please note, as payment was completed in store, we are unable to accept Pay In Store orders back via postal return. Pay In Store orders can also be exchanged at any UNIQLO Australia Store. Please take your Tax Invoice/Return Form with you when you return to store.
