Q. Can I cancel my order?

You have a 30 minute window from when you place your order to cancel it in your online account’s Order history, by clicking ‘CANCEL’. 

Steps to Cancel: 

1. Login to your account 
2. Click 'Order History'
3. Press the cancel button for the order you wish to cancel

Your order status will show as ‘Cancelled’ once successful and we will send you an email shortly to confirm. Please allow 2-5 business days for the payment to be reversed and cleared.

After 30 minutes? 
Due to the fast paced nature of our warehouse operations we are unable to cancel orders once this 30 minute window has passed. However if it was an issue with your items, you can return any items from your order following the instructions here by lodging a return via post. You're also welcome to exchange at any of our UNIQLO stores, find your nearest store here and enter your postcode. 

If you wish to cancel your order and 30 minutes has passed, we can attempt to stop dispatch for you but can not guarantee it is possible, please call our team on 1800 864 756. 


FAQ
Q: I have cancelled my order, when will the refunds be returned to me? 

A: When an order is placed on UNIQLO AU, the funds are only 'pending' or 'authorised' whilst your order is still processing. If your order is cancelled our system will send a message to your card issuer to release the funds back in to your account.  This will generally take 24 hours for the funds to appear, however the timeframe may differ from each card issuer. 

If you have received the 'Cancellation confirmation' email your order was cancelled and your funds will be returned to you!
