Click and Collect Temporarily Unavailable – September 2025
As of Monday the 1st of September 12:00AM AEST, our Click and Collect service will be unavailable for all UNIQLO Australia stores while we prepare for our online store update in mid-September.
The last day to place a Click and Collect order will be Sunday 31st August by 11:59PM AEST and the service is expected to resume Tuesday, 23rd September.

From Monday the 15th of September 12:00AEST, our UNIQLO App and website service will be unavailable while we prepare for our online store update.

HOME DELIVERY - STANDARD SHIPPING COSTS:
We offer free shipping for all orders over $75 to anywhere in Australia.
For orders below $75 we charge a $7.95 shipping fee for standard post.
HOME DELIVERY - EXPRESS SHIPPING COSTS:
For orders over $75 we charge a $4.95 express shipping fee to anywhere in Australia.
For orders below $75 we charge a $11.95 shipping fee for express post.

HOME DELIVERY - TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Our online orders are shipped all across Australia with Australia Post. You will receive tracking details via our shipping platform Shippit. Delivery lead times are as above.
For orders placed on our new website (from the 16th of September 2025) you can view and monitor your delivery status in real time in your Purchase History here via the UNIQLO app or website.

CLICK & COLLECT:
We offer Click and Collect at all of our stores across Australia. You can select this as your delivery method at the checkout for free and there is no minimum order value.

How can I track my order?
We've made it as easy as possible to track your order online. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us and Shippit with your tracking details and estimated delivery date. However, tracking your parcel directly through the Australia Post website will show you the most recent tracking and estimated delivery dates. We will also notify you via email or SMS when your package is in transit and ready for delivery so you're kept up to date.
Enter your tracking number that starts with '3' on Australia Post Tracking. -
Do you ship to New Zealand or any other countries?

Do you deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes?
Yes, we can deliver to Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect and PO Box addresses if the address matches the Australia Post records correctly. Please ensure to enter the address per your MyPost account or Post Office's instructions at the checkout as your delivery address. If your address does not include 'Parcel Locker', 'Parcel Collect' or 'PO Box' it will not be validated and may be sent with an alternative delivery partner who cannot complete delivery so ensure to enter the address correctly.

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?
For orders shipped with Australia Post, we are unable to provide specific delivery instructions, however we can confirm that deliveries occur Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 6:00pm. Please refer to our Shipping Information for more details on our delivery times.
