How do I receive and use UNIQLO coupons?

Our $5 UNIQLO coupons have a minimum spend of $50 can be obtained from our app or website in the following ways:

Become a New UNIQLO Member
Receive an Online Welcome Coupon by registering a new UNIQLO online account.

- Redeemable online only.

Register Your Date of Birth
Receive a Birthday Coupon when you enter your birthday in your account. The coupon will be added to your account at the start of your birthday month and valid until the end of the month.

- Redeemable online only.

UNIQLO App (First-Time Download)
Receive an App Welcome Coupon when you download the UNIQLO app for the first-time. Just ensure you are logged into your UNIQLO account or create a new account here if you haven't already.

- Redeemable online and at any of our UNIQLO Australia stores.

StyleHint App (First-Time Download)
Receive a StyleHint Welcome Coupon when you download the StyleHint app for the first-time. Just ensure you are logged into your UNIQLO account or create a new account here if you haven't already.

New E-Newsletter Subscriber
Receive a News Subscriber Coupon when you become a new e-newsletter subscriber here (first-time subscribers only).

2. Choose your coupon and click the circle to select it. Click 'Apply' once confirmed.
  

 3. Once applied successfully, you may proceed to 'Checkout'
 

• How many coupons can I use at the one time?

  Only one coupon may be applied to a single transaction, and cannot be combined with other coupons. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the coupon stated on each coupon acquired.

• Why did I not receive a coupon?

  $5 Welcome Coupons are available for first time UNIQLO members or first-time app downloads.
  
  If you have previously subscribed to our e-newsletters or downloaded and deleted the app on the same device, you will no longer be eligible for a coupon. To use your coupon please log into your account via the UNIQLO app or website browser to use online or in-store on a purchase over $50. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the coupon stated on each coupon acquired.
  
  If you have met these conditions and have still not received your coupon in 24 hours, please contact our Customer Care Team via our contact details below.

• It says my coupon is not valid when ordering online

  We're sorry to hear your coupon is not valid when trying to order online. Please follow the steps above and ensure you are meeting the terms and conditions of the coupon, as there are set expiry dates and minimum spends.
  
  If you do meet the terms and are still experiencing issues applying your coupon, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team via our Contact Us page and they can further investigate. 

• I forgot to add my coupon to my online order

  Once an order has been confirmed we are unable to retroactively apply any vouchers or discounts to it. Please hold onto your coupon for your next online purchase.

• Can I use an international coupon?

  At this stage we can only accept UNIQLO Australia coupons. If you are visiting Australia, we suggest to create an Australian account to use on your website browser as you may not be able to download the app if it is set to another region.
