Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Steps to Cancel (Within 30 Minutes):
1. Log in to your account
2. Click 'Purchase History'
3. Press the cancel button for the order you wish to cancel
Your order status will show as ‘Cancelled’ once successful. The pending charge on your card or PayPal will be cleared within 2-5 business days by your card issuer. If the debit is still there after this time please contact your card issuer directly for assistance.

I have cancelled my order, when will the payment be returned to me?
When an order is placed on UNIQLO AU, the funds are only 'pending' or 'authorised' whilst your order is still processing. If your order is cancelled our system will send a message to your card issuer to release the funds back in to your account. This will generally take 24 hours for the funds to appear, however the timeframe may differ from each card issuer. If you have received the 'Cancellation confirmation' email your order was cancelled and your funds will be returned to you!

Is there a way to place the order again without adding the items to cart?
No, we're sorry but if you would like to place a new order you will be required to check out again from the start. Thank you for your understanding!
After 30 Minutes?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order and 30 minutes has passed, we can attempt to stop dispatch for you but we can't guarantee this is possible. Please get in touch with our friendly Customer Care Team via our Contact Us page as soon as possible so we can assist.
