We offer physical Gift Cards and Digital Gift Cards that can both be redeemed at any UNIQLO Australia store or online.

Physical Gift Cards: Purchase at the staff checkout of any UNIQLO Australia retail store. Click here to find a store near you.
Digital Gift Cards: Purchase via the link here and receive your Digital Gift Card directly to your email address or to the recipient's email.

Gift Cards can be issued for any value between $20 and $500 AUD. 

You can use the Gift Card to purchase any UNIQLO product (except other Gift Cards). Visit our self checkout or staff checkout and present your Gift Card so our team can scan the barcode on your Gift Card or Digital Gift Card via your email and enter the PIN in your email or under the scratch panel on the back of the Gift Card.

To use your Gift Card as a form of payment for your online order (excluding ORDER & PICK), select ‘UNIQLO Gift Card’ as your payment method at checkout. You will need to input your 19- digit Gift Card number and the PIN found at the back of your Gift Card or in your Digital Gift Card email.

Gift Cards can be issued for any value between $20 to $500 AUD.

Your Gift Card will expire three years from the date of issue. Once expired, the Gift Cards can no longer be reactivated or used for purchase in store or online. Any unused balance cannot be refunded.

Any Gift Card with its balance standing at zero for three months shall be invalidated.

Yes. Gift Cards can be used on their own or in conjunction with another payment method (such as debit or credit card and Afterpay). Just let the staff at the cashier know prior to making payment.

For online orders, the Gift Card can be used in conjunction with another payment method (such as debit or credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay) in case your total basket amount is greater than your Gift Card balance.

Yes, items purchased with Gift Cards can be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Refunds will be processed onto a new Gift Card. For refund of online purchases, a Digital Gift Card will be emailed to you, where applicable.

Where the purchase was made using a combination of payment methods (one of which was a Gift Card), any refund due will be first processed on the payment method other than the Gift Card. Should the value of the refund due exceed the amount paid with the method other than the Gift Card, such remaining amount will be refunded to a new Gift Card.

Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded or used to obtain any cash advances.

Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up. As an alternative, we recommend that you purchase another Gift Card.

You can use any available amount in your Gift Card for your next in-store purchase. Gift Cards can be used prior to expiry, until the balance of the card is zero. Please keep an eye on the expiry date as the Gift Card will last three years.
